Therapeutic Art Gathering (Online via Zoom)

Hello, my name is Arijana — I’m a Visual Artist and Somatic Therapist.
I love to paint, and creativity has always been one of my favorite forms of expression, especially for exploring what we don’t yet know consciously. I’m deeply passionate about the therapeutic power of art, and I’m starting a long series where we’ll gather (almost) every Saturday for 1 hour over Zoom to paint together.

Each session will be a gentle, supportive space where we come together to create, share, and express ourselves freely.
I’ll be leading the group, asking reflective questions, guiding a short meditation before we begin, and supporting anyone who needs help or inspiration. This is not a formal teaching session, it is casual and supportive and encouraging to get back to ceativity and to create more.

Once we start painting, you’re welcome to keep your camera on your artwork or on yourself, whatever feels comfortable. I do encourage everyone to show their face at the start and introduce themselves before we begin.
It’s always beautiful to see what unfolds on our canvases and in our hearts.

Please bring your own art supplies but don’t worry about having anything fancy.
I mainly use watercolors and acrylics, but you can sketch, draw, paint, doodle, collage — whatever your heart desires.

When I was young, my family didn’t have much, and I created art using colored pens, markers, and even dried orange peel. You don’t need expensive materials to express yourself beautifully. Creativity is limitless and I’ll be happy to help you spark ideas during our sessions.

• When: (almost) Every Saturday at 10:00 AM Mountain Time (a schedule will be shared at each event but you can see a scheedule below)
• Where: Online via Zoom
• Cost: $5
• Join early: I’ll open the room 10 minutes before we begin.
  Please arrive on time, once the session starts, I may not be able to let latecomers in.
