Nashville’s Thelma and the Sleaze bring their signature blend of sexy, scary, shredding Southern rock to the Hideaway. Fronted by founder, singer, and lead guitarist Lauren “LG” Gilbert, the band is known for high-energy live shows that don’t take themselves too seriously—but absolutely bring the heat on stage.
Drawing inspiration from hard rock, riot grrrl, and bluesy powerhouse voices, Thelma and the Sleaze channel raw guitar work, bold attitude, and a sense of camaraderie that makes every show feel electric. Their music celebrates the long-standing presence of women in Southern music while pushing the sound—and the scene—forward.
They’ve recorded everywhere from Joshua Tree to Nashville, but the band’s reputation is built on the road, playing everywhere from packed clubs to small-town stages, delivering full-throttle performances night after night.
