🎉 The DMV's favorite community roller skating event is back!
Join TheLinkUpDC as we kick off the summer with our annual Family RollUnion and Welcome Back Late Skate at the historic Anacostia Skating Pavilion.
Whether you're a first-time skater, seasoned roller skater, or just looking for a great community event, this is the perfect way to start your summer.

Beginners & Families
We highly recommend that children, beginner skaters, and families arrive early.
🕔 The hours between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM are typically the most beginner-friendly and family-oriented skating times.
🔥 Beginning around 7:00 PM, many of the DMV's experienced and advanced skaters arrive for the Welcome Back Late Skate, and the pace of skating becomes much faster.
If you're new to skating or bringing younger children, arriving early will provide the best experience.
FREE Skate Rentals
🛼 FREE skate rentals will be available until 7:00 PM while supplies last.
Rental skates are limited, so we strongly encourage everyone to bring their own skates if possible.
FREE Food
🌭 FREE hot dogs will be available beginning at 6:00 PM until we run out.
No Eventbrite ticket is required to receive food.
Giveaways & Prizes
🎁 We will be giving away prizes, merchandise, sponsor items, and other surprises throughout the evening.
🎟️ A FREE Eventbrite registration is REQUIRED to participate in giveaways and prize drawings.
No ticket = No giveaway eligibility.
