About this Event

As the sun moves into Libra, we gather in the in-between — that liminal place where summer exhales its last warmth and autumn begins to unfurl her shadows. In partnership with Alchemy: Choose Thy Poison and Rachel Larraine Crawford, we invite you into an evening where food becomes ritual and drink becomes spellwork.

This dinner calls upon Persephone, the mistress of the Underworld and bearer of the pomegranate’s secret. She reminds us that descent is not an ending, but a passage — into wisdom, mystery, and deeper beauty. With Libra’s scales as our guide, we follow her lead: releasing what must fall away, honoring what must be restored, and opening to the gifts of transformation.

Each of the four courses will be paired with a card drawn from a custom Persephone Tarot Spread — a map of descent and return. Through these cards, the meal will unfold like a story: releasing the past, stepping into balance, receiving the hidden treasures of the season, and carrying light forward into the darker days.

Pomegranate, Persephone’s sacred fruit, will appear as a red thread woven through the dishes, a symbol of cycles, fertility, and the sweetness within the dark. A signature non-alcoholic potion will complete the rite — crafted to embody harmony, beauty, and renewal.This is an invitation to step into myth, to taste the turning of the seasons, and to join together in a circle of balance and intention.
