<h4>This yoga workshop is all about exploring pleasurable sensations in your body. Ashley helps you explore movement while staying connected to your breath and savouring your bodily sensations. The goal is to help you understand what is pleasurable on your mat, so that you are better able to find and cultivate pleasure in other areas of your life.</h4>

- Breath, movement, and energy
- Pelvic floor tone
- Heart pelvic connection
- Self-responsibility for pleasure, within or without a partnership
Who can do Yogasm? While The Yogasm Experience is primarily a female-focused class, we welcome anyone over 21 with a willing heart and open mind. The Yogasm Experience is also open to couples and men who are looking to support their partners through their womb wellness journey.
What to bring? Yoga mat, towel, and water! If you do not have a yoga mat I will have yoga mats available for rent. Light refreshments will be served. This venue is outdoors and cannabis friendly.

What do I wear? Wear something that makes you feel sexy and also allows you to move comfortably.
