Welcome to The Yoga Shala Open Day!
Join us at the studio for a vinyasa practice,
meet the facilitators, and hang out for a while in this beautiful new community space.

If you can't join for practice, drop in afterwards, meet friends there, and have a cup of tea and some snacks.

The Yoga Shala has been created to cultivate a calm and warm place to practice yoga. A space consciously designed to encourage mindfulness, a sense of well-being and relaxation.
