This event is perfect for a friends day out or self-care day!

Experience THE 75min Kemetic Yoga, breathing and guided meditation session to a backdrop of African meditation tunes. This is a beginner friendly class for ALL human bodies.

You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated at the conclusion of class. Check out our reviews.

Following your yoga session is a light meal. While some are enjoying their meal, others rotate through to get their henna hand art time. Mingle and get to know other yogi's while allowing your hand to dry. Henna lasts up to 2 weeks and is the perfect adornment for special occasions.
