There is no cost to attend and you do not need to have purchased the book at Maze Books to participate, though copies will be available online via our bookshop affiliate page and in-store. “Charlotte Perkins Gilman (1860-1935) was an American writer who advocated for social reform, especially granting women greater and fairer rights. Her work revolved around the problem of male domination and the division between the genders at the time. In her career, Charlotte Perkins Gilman wrote a number of literary works including, non-fiction, fiction and poetry books.
