Join us for a performance by the Yale Spizzwinks and the Hamden Hall Choral Ensemble Saturday, Feb. 4, at 7 p.m. in the Taylor Performing Arts Center. The Yale Spizzwinks are an a cappella singing group of undergraduates from Yale University. Founded in late 1913, the Spizzwinks are the oldest underclassmen a cappella group in the United States, dating back to a first performance in early 1914.
We are thrilled to welcome the Spizzwinks to our Hamden Hall campus as well as our Class of 2020 Alumnus and Spizzwinks member, Eduardo Pagliaro-Haque!
In addition to their performance, our own Upper School Choir will sing “Let it Be” by the Beatles along with the return of the collegiate style a cappella group, "On a High Note," to sing “Like I Can,” by current pop artist Sam Smith.
