The Write Inn: Help Me Carry This Bag

The Write Inn is, first and foremost, a community circle. It is a writing workshop for us to be curious. Open to ALL WRITERS & LEVELS.

In this series, we:

• explore different topics,
• our thoughts in relationship to them,
• unpack ideas with a community, using the art of writing to process them.

You will have the option to share your work, and build confidence in a dynamic community of thinkers, writers and dreamers.

Session 8: Help Me Carry This Bag is a writing workshop about getting to the root of the challenges we face when asking for help. How does pride, shame and hyperindependence prevent us from leaning on the people around us? We'll use writing to discover how our pasts surface in our current interactions.

Donation Options: This workshop is donation-based. Minimum $11+

All proceeds support the development of the series, the facilitator's creative output, and the possibility of creating more accessible writing spaces for brilliant people like you.
