With the expertise of Ambassador Marc Grossman, Ambassador Alina Romanowski, and author James M. Lindsay, this program will explore the world the US helped shaped after the destruction of WWII, designing global systems that met the needs of the US as we helped the world, particularly Europe, rebuild. This panel will address the changing role the US plays today as different administrations have evaluated whether the global institutions we built still fit the needs of the US. Since this is the 80th anniversary of the end of the war, this conversation will explore a wide range of forces challenging our world today.
