Join us at the UnCorked Wine Bar for The World Of Coffee, presented by Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters. Coffee Educator Amanda Stewart will take your tastebuds on a caffeinated tour of the globe, tasting coffees from four different countries.She will answer these questions and more:
How is coffee from Peru different than coffee from Kenya?
Can a coffee really taste like pomegranates?
What is the best way to make coffee?
Get answers to all your pressing coffee questions during this interactive class. Each attendee will sample a variety of coffees, try local food pairings, and leave with a bag of freshly roasted beans!
Class includes food pairings from the Boise Co-op, as well as a take-home bag of coffee beans from Dawson Taylor Coffee Roasters so you can continue to explore coffee at home.
About the Instructor:
Amanda Stewart is the coffee educator at Dawson Taylor, leading classes for both coffee industry experts and the general public. Her teaching license along with 10-plus years in the coffee industry combine to help her teach everyone more about their favorite morning beverage
