An 8-week journey + weekend immersion (optional) for women ready to unburden, repair, and redefine strength in their midlife.
About this Event

Many women have lived as warriors — vigilant, capable, and deeply responsible — holding together not only their own lives, but the emotional weight of those around them. Over time, this way of being becomes both identity and burden.

The Work of Repair: Letting the Warrior Rest is a depth-oriented experience for women and woman-aligned individuals in midlife who are ready to begin to move beyond survival and into repair.

Rooted in the work we do as conscious empaths and integrating forgiveness practices inspired by Ho’oponopono, this program supports participants in developing awareness, restoring choice and connection to self, releasing what is no longer of service to you, and cultivating a more attuned way of living.

Across 8 weeks, participants move from grounding and self-awareness, into recognizing what has been carried, and ultimately into the deeper work of forgiveness and repair. The experience culminates in an immersive retreat designed to hold space for integration, embodiment, and meaningful shift.

This work honors both the gifts and the strain of heightened sensitivity and invites participants to step out of over-responsibility and into intentional, aligned living.

What’s Included:

  • 4 Live (in person or virtual), guided group sessions
  • Private Voxer group for ongoing reflection and community support
  • Access to session recordings for continued integration
  • Reflection exercises and integration practices
  • Optional immersive retreat experience for deeper integration

(5/1 @ 7pm Virtual Only) Orientation — Entering the Work

Introduction + readiness

This opening session establishes the foundation for the work ahead. Participants are introduced to the core themes of the program, including the transition from survival-based roles into repair and attunement. The focus is on understanding the “warrior” adaptation, clarifying intentions, and orienting to the process of unburdening. Emphasis is placed on creating safety, pacing, and readiness for deeper exploration in the weeks to follow.

(5/13 @ 7pm Hybrid) WEEK 1 — Grounding into Self

From vigilance → awareness

This week focuses on establishing internal safety, awareness, and connection to self. Before repair can occur, participants develop the capacity to notice, regulate, and stay present with their internal experience.

(5/27 @ 7pm Hybrid) WEEK 2 — What Emerges

Seeing clearly

As awareness deepens, patterns begin to surface — relational roles, inherited expectations, emotional burdens, and identity structures shaped over time.

(6/10 @ 7pm Hybrid) WEEK 3 — What to Forgive

Repair + release

This week moves into forgiveness as a process of unburdening, not condoning. Participants explore what they are holding, what belongs to them, and what can be released.
