The Work of Change: Identity, Power and Relationships

The Center for Global Majority Leadership and Change is sponsoring a One-Day Human Development Experience for People of the Global Majority, an immersive opportunity to pause, reconnect, and explore identity, power, relationship, and use-of-self. This one-day experience reflects the Center’s commitment to making rigorous experiential development more accessible to people who may be curious about deeper human and social interaction work but are uncertain about their capacity to undertake a longer immersion.

The experience stands on its own while also providing an optional pathway into more sustained developmental work. Participants leave with increased awareness of themselves in relationship with others, greater understanding of their relationship with power, and clearer choices about how they want to move forward in their work, communities, and lives.
