Woodland Reset is a signiture event from The Conscious Man team, we go out in to a beautiful woodland and connect back to ourselves and nature. through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, embodiment, sound bathing and cold water immersion we truly rewild outselves and connect to the wild inside. Yule special we will be adding a sauna, hot choclate, mulled wine and so much more! sending away the year in style!
