This workshop includes a breathing and stretching breakout session led by The Sultry Core, a Black-owned wellness business.
Before the hands-on portion, attendees will reset with breathwork and stretching to help release tension, improve focus, and prepare for the physical side of hands-on service work.
Because let’s be real: beauty pros pour into everybody else. This workshop gives you a moment to pour back into yourself too.
About the Instructor
Laura Soto is the owner of Captivating Beauty & Wellness Center and a licensed esthetician with hands-on experience in beauty, wellness, and body contouring services.
Laura is bringing this workshop series to South Florida to help beauty and wellness professionals learn trending services, strengthen their confidence, and create more professional service opportunities.
