Shrinks on Tap Podcast is thrilled to bring the Women’s Crawl to a brand-new location: Falls Church, VA! Centered on the powerful theme of women’s empowerment, this one-of-a-kind experience is proudly sponsored by Expand Psychology—a woman-owned comprehensive therapy and psychological testing practice serving Falls Church and Northern Virginia.

The Women’s Crawl is a 5-hour immersive journey featuring interactive, transformational stations , exclusive drink and food specials, and the opportunity to meet women owned wellness businesses. Together, we’ll celebrate womanhood, connection, and personal growth as we move intentionally through the city. (Event highlight will continue to be updated prior to the crawl. Throughout the crawl, we’ll gather in community to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with our bodies and hearts, and embrace joy, movement, and collective energy.

💫 Giving Back: A portion of proceeds will benefit HomeStretch, a local nonprofit empowering families experiencing homelessness in Virginia to achieve permanent housing and self-sufficiency.

Whether you come with friends or arrive solo, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, and wildly alive.

Length: 5 hours (2–7 PM+)
Who: All women welcome (21+) (Optional: Wear a Pink Wig for Fun!)
Where: 5 Locations in Falls Church

Intention Setting & Release Station – The Four Provinces (2 PM+)
Begin with a grounding check-in and symbolic release ritual—letting go of what you no longer want to carry into your next chapter.

Primal Scream & Mind–Body Coherence Station – Mr. Browns Park/Pending (5:15 PM)
A guided, playful scream release to shake off stress, pressure, and old narratives—followed by a heart-centered pause to regulate and reconnect.

Closing Dance Party with DJ Thunder Bunny – Clare & Don's Beach Shack (5:45 PM-8PM) We’ll end with music, movement, and freedom—anchoring intention, sisterhood, and celebration.

Shrinks on Tap, hosted by Dr. Lauren Fisher and Dr. Eleni Boosalis, is rooted in connection, healing, and community. As owners of Del Ray Psych & Wellness, they are passionate about creating spaces where women can show up fully, authentically, and joyfully.
