The Women Gather- LAVENDER

A women's circle to connect deeply with ourselves, with each other, and the Earth.

We will gather...

🌿 To foster unconditional love and support in these times of the great awakening.

🌿 To experience the healing of being truly seen and heard in your authenticity in a safe space with women that nurture and accept all parts of you.

🌿 The opportunity to be part of an ongoing circle of women that are looking to dive deeper into the mysteries of this life.

🌿 To reconnect with the divine feminine that has been suppressed, degraded, and devalued.

🌿 To feel the beauty of our inherent interconnectivity and realise we are not alone.

🌿 To explore and demystify some of the confusion, the discomfort, and the gifts of this time.

This circle has a focus on getting real and showing up authentically. Because, as Brene Brown says, "True belonging is the opposite of fitting in." You will be encouraged to show up AS YOU ARE. That means bringing your perfectly imperfect self. This will have ripple effects in your life as you learn that the parts of you that you tend to hide are often the parts that make you the most loveable, relatable, and interesting. Let's embrace the messy humanness together.

💜💜 LAVENDER💜💜

This special circle will be an invitation to befriend Lavender, a medicinal plant of peace, rest, and stillness. We will drink Lavender tea in ceremony together in silence. Lavender will work her magic and we will meditate on her medicine before optionally sharing what has arisen.

If you can, please bring a pecie of Lavender to the circle as well as something (an object) that symbolises you!

This is a stand alone event but will also be a taster for our Mother Tree Sisterhood Journey starting June 10th, which will be a 3 month womens journey with 7 different plants. You are invited to join this closed women's circle if it speaks to you before or after this event is there are spaces left. You will be given details on the night.

Monday June 3rd

6:15pm-9:30pm.

CERES ENVIRONMENT PARK, Brunswick.

Please arrive at 6:15pm and wait at the main entrance in CERES. Someone will walk you down to the Multicultural Centre for a 6:30pm start. If you know where that building is, you can walk there yourself. We will finish at 9:30pm.

✨OUTLINE OF THE EVENING✨

- Opening: honouring the land and traditional owners.

- Lavender Tea Ceremony

- Deep intentional connection exercise to self.

- Invitation to share in circle- be seen and heard in a safe, supportive space. Share vulnerably, your challenges and highlights and recognise you are not alone. All of you is welcome (all emotions, thoughts, experiences).

- Closing meditation/ closing of circle

- There will be snacks and tea provided in the break.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS:

SOPHIA LEONE

"I was called to attend circles out of a craving for strong women in my life. After seeing firsthand the power of the circle space to bind sisterhood, I knew it was something I needed to gift other women."

Sophia is studying a Masters in Psychology, is a Yoga Alliance 200 hour accredited Yoga Teacher, a registered OSHO meditation facilitator, and an Level 4 Authentic Relating Facilitator. She is continually deepening her understanding self through relating with others. She believes that the world is in desperate need of the cultivation of divine feminine energy to come back into balance. These circles are bigger than us and ripple out in ways unimaginable.

JESS CURRAN

Jess wears many hats. She is a Woman's Circle Facilitator, Cacao Ceremonialist, Self-Discovery and Embodiment Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and a Paediatric and Mental Health Occupational Therapist.

Her passion and mission is to support and empower others on their self-discovery journey to create a life with deeper meaning, purpose and joy. She believes that community and deep connections are a foundational need for this human life- 'it takes a village to raise a baby' but when do you stop needing your village? Sitting in circle, ceremony and connecting with others is an ancient practice that still holds an important place in today's society. Jess holds space for you to re-connect back to the self with curiosity and discover that the answers you seek are all within you.
