“The Woman I Left Behind” is a heart-to-heart online workshop designed especially for women and mothers who feel like their identity has been lost along the way.

This 2-hour expressive art-based session offers a gentle, safe, and non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself beyond your roles. Through guided activities and emotional exploration, you will begin to rediscover the parts of you that were never meant to disappear.

No artistic skills are required just a willingness to show up for yourself.
