About the Founder
Fran Adell is the Founder & CEO of The Woman After Collective, Army Veteran, Certified Life Coach, mental wellness advocate, and author of The Girl Before Me.
Raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Fran’s journey has been shaped by both resilience and transformation. As a young girl and teen, she faced significant personal challenges, adversity, and experiences that could have easily defined her future. Instead, those experiences became the foundation for her purpose.
Through years of growth, healing, service, and self-discovery, Fran developed a passion for helping women navigate life’s transitions with courage, confidence, and community. Her personal journey inspired the creation of The Woman After Collective, a space where women can connect, rebuild, and embrace what comes next.
Driven by a commitment to breaking cycles and creating opportunities for future generations, Fran is also launching Her Future Initiative, a teen empowerment and mentorship program designed to help young girls build confidence, discover their potential, and envision a brighter future.
Today, Fran’s mission is simple: to ensure that no woman feels she has to walk her journey alone.
