About this Event

The WOG way is an event that is geared toward type 2 diabetes education and getting you moving!

Baylor Scott and White will be doing A1C testing at this event. The A1C test is an excellent indicator for diabetes and a number that everyone should know and track. Unfortunately as we age our body cant do what it used to and this number has a tendancy to go up over time without lifestyle changes.

Fortunately an easy change you can make is to exercise! We want to support/motivate/encourage you to exercise. At this event we will have FREE running shoes for everyone.

Throughout the event we will be doing raffle prizes and have all sorts of sports available to play.
