The Witches' Ball: The Alchemists Arcana

The Texas Witches' Ball is back with another fantastical event! This is the era of Aquarius, when old systems and institutions will be reimagined and restructured. Believing in magic is an act of rebellion and we are the alchemists that will transform our reality! Nothing is what it seems as we spend an evening together to uncover the mysteries and secrets of the arcane!

Join us for an unforgettable night of mystery, adventure, and entertainment with Steampunk style and flare. What is steampunk? In its simplest form, "steampunk" is Victorian Era science fiction - using technologies, socio-political conditions, mysticism, and the aesthetics and philosophies of the steam-powered era as inspiration to tell a fantastical story. It blurs the line of past, present, and future normality where the imagination shapes reality and everyone is an alchemist! Come whisper in the shadows with members of our magical community. All spiritual paths are welcome.

We are excited to partner with Gilley's Texas for this unique experience. The historic backdrop of this venue is the perfect setting for blending industrialism, secrecy, and mysticism! Guests will enjoy live music, dancing, and entertainment in the Loft with access to vendors on the scenic balcony patio overlooking the Dallas skyline. VIP and Exclusive guests will be able to enter the event through the secret passage into the Bonnie & Clyde Speakeasy. Uniquely curated entertainment and additional seating will be provided in the VIP area.

Greetings general admission Neophyte guests! We are excited that you will be joining us for this mystical gathering of splendor and delight! Your evening begins at 9PM as we gather in the Loft lounge area. Our Brew Masters have prepared an incredible selection of crafted potions and concoctions for you to enjoy at the cash bar. We have plenty of seating in the main lounge room for you to collaborate with friends and colleagues. We implore you to take a spin on the dancefloor and enjoy a deliciously diverse display of entertainment. Be sure to visit our crafters and artisans on the patio Emporium, or seek your fortunes and messages from one of our talented diviners.

Want a little more spectacle and splendor? Become a member of our VIP Guild. Our Guild guests are given the secret password and granted EARLY entry to the event at 8pm through the hidden entrance. Relax and explore the speakeasy lounge all evening. VIP guests will enjoy exclusively curated entertainment throughout the night and additional seating in the VIP area. This is in addition to access to the main Loft lounge room, dancefloor, main entertainment, The Emporium, and Diviners. Guild membership is limited to 70 guests. Each guild member will receive a goodie bag and a commemorative enamel pin.

Lastly, we are delighted to offer an Exclusive tier for the evening with a limited number of Magus tickets. In appreciation for your early acceptance to our invitation, you will receive special accommodations and gifts. Our Magus guests will receive a Limited-Edition commemorative enamel pin, a premium goodie bag with an additional gift, and preferred reserved seating in the main lounge. This is in addition to the VIP benefits of the Guild. Our Magus level is highly limited - only 50 guests and this invitation will expire on 12/31/2024 at midnight.

The Dress Code of the Witches' Ball events is an important aspect of creating an enchanting experience for everyone.

Our planning coven and community have been working hard to create an unforgettable event that will magically bewitch you for hours. Wearing the proper attire is part of that experience. We will enforce the evening’s dress code. No street clothes will be allowed – this includes jeans, shorts, ball caps, sportswear, pjs, or superhero costumes. Come on, it is a ball!

We welcome all styles of witches from classical, romantic, gothic, vampy, time turner/steampunk, and fantasy/fairy witches! So, dust the glitter off your best formal witchy wear and have a ball!

Event coordinators reserve the right to postpone or reschedule this event up to 1 year due to weather, covid, or other unforeseen events. Tickets are not refundable, but will be honored up to a year.

TICKET TRANSFERS:

All ticket transfers MUST be coordinated with The Witches’ Ball.

To transfer your tickets, please email us at [email protected] . Be sure to include your ticket order number and name. Also, please include the name and email of the new ticket holder.

We urge our guests not to send funds to anyone without first making sure that the original ticket holder has contacted us about the transfer.

The Witches’ Ball is not responsible for any lost or stolen funds, due to ticket transfers.
