After escaping a cult community in 2018, Mandy went on an intense shadow work journey to heal and reconnect with her own roots.
Mandy Valadez is a Shamanic ancestral healer and spiritual guide devoted to helping people reconnect with the wisdom and healing available through their lineage and the living earth.
Today, her work focuses on clearing ancestral survival cords, restoring spiritual and emotional magic and gifts within the bloodline, and guiding others to reclaim the medicine carried within their ancestry.
Through ceremony, shamanic energy work, meditation, and ritual practices, she helps individuals transform inherited wounds into sources of strength, clarity, and purpose.
Mandy also works closely with the consciousness of the land, believing that the earth itself is a powerful ally in healing wounds, restoring belonging, and supporting the remembering of ancestral wisdom.
She leads ceremonies, workshops, and retreats focused on ancestral healing, womb healing, and land-based spiritual practices.
