June's Theme: Boundaries That Expand Me

There’s a particular kind of strength in being the one who holds it all together. But what happens when support is offered to you?

Do you receive it openly, or immediately feel the urge to minimize your needs, apologize, or “earn” the care being given?

In June’s Wise Women gathering, we’ll explore the complicated relationship many women have with receiving support. Together, we’ll unpack the guilt, conditioning, independence, and vulnerability that can make asking for or accepting help feel uncomfortable.

Through guided reflection and conversation, we’ll examine where these patterns come from and what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to be supported without shame.

Wise Women Collective is a monthly gathering space for women who value depth, honesty, and intentional growth.

This collective offers a safe container for authentic connection, reflection, and expansion. Each monthly meeting centers on a specific theme explored through gentle workshop-style practices, conversation, and shared wisdom.

In addition to monthly gatherings, Wise Women includes occasional group outings, shared meals, retreats, and creative or educational experiences. Playfulness, curiosity, and real-life integration are as welcome as insight and reflection.
