Are you a wine enthusiast, sommelier wannabee, or maybe just looking to expand your palate? Then this night is perfect for you! Join us as Certified Sommelier & Wine Educator, Anna Arfaras shares her Wine Wisdom...

🍷 What are we actually tasting when we drink wine? Through an interactive palate-training experiment, we’ll isolate the four primary structural components of wine: tannin, acidity, sweetness, and alcohol. By tasting each element independently, participants will learn how these components affect the taste and feel of a wine, how to recognize them in the glass, and ultimately better understand what they like and why they like it.

Anna Arfaras is a Certified Sommelier with nearly two decades of experience in the wine and hospitality industry. Her career has taken her through acclaimed restaurants and luxury hospitality operations in New York City, Las Vegas, Orlando, and the Bahamas, with roles ranging from floor sommelier to multi-unit beverage director.
