The Winter Warmer | Bulding Better Workplaces Together
We are delighted to announce the second event of The 49 Collective – The Winter Warmer, taking place on Wednesday 25th November at Octopus Electroverse.
The Winter Warmer will bring together leading figures from across emobility, clean-energy and the wider sustainability sector for an afternoon focused on how companies can build better workplace culture and environments.
The afternoon will unpack two of the most under-discussed topics in the workplace – neurodiversity and how to unlock talent as well as female health and how best to support women through all stages of their career.
The Winter Warmer will also have an incredible workshop run by the wonderful Social Matters. This interactive and practical workshop will explore how to build positive workplace culture, with practical actions for delegates to take back to their workplace.
For The Winter Warmer, we are really hoping to bring new people into The 49 Collective. Individuals and companies who are focusing on building a forward-facing talent pipeline that aims to create a more equitable industry - especially given the themes of the event.
Therefore, we have a request for all organisations attending The Winter Warmer:
- All organisations registering for the event will be limited to two delegate passes per organisation to ensure a diversity of organisations represented in the room
- For one delegate pass to be for an individual in your organisation who is more junior (entry to mid-level) who you feel will benefit most from being in the room for these conversations and who can help your company in creating a strong, positive culture
