This Matariki, we’re gathering around the table to celebrate the season - a time for reflection, connection, and sharing good food with good people.
Join us for a three-course dinner showcasing locally grown produce from the Waikato, at its winter best. Together, we’ll explore thoughtful ways to cook and eat more sustainably, from root-to-shoot cooking to simple practices that help reduce food waste at home.
Co-hosted by Lisa (Hayes Common) and Nic (Mainstream Green), with produce from Tomtit Farm, and guest chef Emma Galloway (My Darling Lemon Thyme) who will be sharing a preview of recipes from her latest book - 'Thyme to Cook' ( Due out in October). This evening will be grounded in manaakitanga, celebrating community, seasonality, and care for the land that feeds us - right on our doorstep!
Each guest will take home a set of recipe cards, designed to inspire seasonal cooking and low-waste living and go in the draw for a very special giveaway!
$55pp or $90pp with wine pairing
