Voice, Gongs, StillnessThe Winter Solstice — the longest night, the turning toward light.
A moment to pause, to listen inwardly, to let the dark be gentle.
This session is for those who are ready to trust their true self — beyond effort and thought. A small ensemble of gongs will be played long and meditatively, carrying you into deep spaces of stillness and transcendence.
We begin with soft chanting and toning. Anyone can join. It helps us arrive, breathe together, and form a shared presence for what follows.
Then we lie down for a one-hour gong bath, followed by half an hour of golden silence.
The experience: deep relaxation, clarity, and a quiet joy that feels like light returning.
