On Monday 2nd December, renowned local artist Andrew Pitt will be returning to Old Hall Cafe to lead a one-day workshop exploring watercolour technique to help you capture the beauty, drama and nuance found within Winter landscapes.Taking advantage of the peace and tranquillity of our beautiful site whilst the cafe is closed to the public, Andrew will teach by demonstration and show how he goes about capturing the light, shade, and colours prevalent during the colder seasons. Participants may bring along their own source material to paint from, or take inspiration from our cafe’s beautiful vistas over the Blyth Estuary
Whether you’re a beginner at the start of your journey into painting or a more seasoned artist, this will be a wonderfully sociable and peaceful day for a small group of participants, celebrating the joy of watercolour under the guidance of an expert, all whilst helping you ease gently into the festive season.
Price includes a delicious Old Hall breakfast, a light lunch and tea/coffee and cake in the afternoon.
