The Winning Mindset - How high performance teams turn setbacks into success
About this Event
The Winning Mindset: Turning Setbacks into Success
Join us on Tuesday 17th November at Fogo De Chao in Edinburgh as we look at what it takes to overcome adversity and build a mindset that encourages success when the pressure is on.
Success is rarely a straight line. Whether on the rugby pitch or in the boardroom, setbacks, pressure and unexpected challenges are part of the journey. What separates those who move forward from those who struggle to recover is often their ability to adapt, learn, lead and maintain belief when the pressure is on.
Bringing together perspectives from the world of professional rugby and the business community, this event will explore how individuals and teams overcome adversity, respond to pressure and turn challenging experiences into opportunities for growth.
Hear from Edinburgh Rugby Players & Coaches, as well as our stellar business panel:
· Douglas Struth - Managing Director – Edinburgh Rugby
· Gregor McMeechan – Managing Director – Malleny Mortgage Solutions
· Mike De Luca – Director – De Luca Corporate Coaching
More than just a networking event, this is an opportunity to exchange ideas, build new connections, and learn from professionals who are passionate about investing in people. Whether you're an experienced leader, an emerging professional, or someone committed to developing others, you'll leave with fresh perspectives, practical insights, and valuable new relationships.
