The Wines of Australia: A Down Under Wine Dinner

Join us at PIER 22 for an elevated five-course wine dinner featuring acclaimed selections from Tasmania, Eden Valley, Adelaide Hills, and Barossa Valley. This pairing experience highlights the diversity of Australian wine, from elegant sparkling rosé and crisp Riesling to expressive Pinot Noir, a bold Shiraz-Cabernet blend, and a rich aged tawny.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a chef-curated progression of seafood, duck, beef tenderloin, and dessert, each thoughtfully paired to highlight the character of Australia's celebrated wine regions.
Seating will begin at 6:45 pm with hors d'oeuvres in the ballroom. Introductions begin promptly at 7 pm, with the first course arriving shortly thereafter.
