The William Tucker 1624 Society presents A Jazz Night Out

The William Tucker 1624 Society is hosting its annual Scholarship Fundraiser, “A Jazz Night Out” on Friday, August 23, 2023 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Hampton Roads Convention Center as part of our African Landing Commemoration Weekend events. The event will feature live music and will include complementary light hors de ’oeuvres.

All proceeds will go directly to scholarships for deserving students in Virginia Public Schools. Since its inception, five scholarships have been awarded to deserving seniors. We will be recognizing our 2024 scholarship winners at the event. Your donation will bring us one step closer to meeting our goal of distributing $10,000 in scholarships in 2025.
