The wheel is turning. The earth is awakening. And so are you.
There is a moment each year when winter begins to loosen her grip, the light returns, and the earth stirs with the promise of new life.
The Spring Equinox is a sacred threshold. A time of balance between darkness and light, of shedding what has grown heavy, and making space for what is ready to bloom.
And just like the earth, we are cyclical beings.
We have seasons of stillness, seasons of unraveling, seasons of becoming, and seasons of wild, beautiful blooming.
The Wild Bloom is an intimate women's mountain retreat inspired by the ancient traditions of Ostara, the magic of the natural world, and the untamed feminine spirit that lives within us all.
For four days, we'll gather in the magical mountain town of Manitou Springs to reconnect with our bodies, awaken our creativity, honor the changing seasons, and celebrate the beautiful messiness of being human.
We'll move, drum, chant, sing, dance, create, laugh, and play. Because reconnecting with ourselves doesn't always have to be serious. Sometimes the deepest healing comes through joy, silliness, and giving ourselves permission to simply be.
This isn't about becoming a new version of yourself.
It's about remembering the wild woman who has been there all along.

🔥 Wild Shakti Yoga | Embodied Movement
Breath is the prayer. Movement is the medicine. Your body is the altar.
Through breath, kriyas, intuitive movement, shaking, spiraling, stretching, and flowing, we'll awaken the Shakti life force within. A practice of liberation, expression, and coming home to the wisdom of your body.
🌲 Forest Bathing | Communion with Nature
Wander among the trees, breathe in the mountain air, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world. Slow down, listen deeply, and remember that you, too, are nature.
🌀 Shamanic Journey | Into the Inner Wild
Through guided journeying and rhythmic sound, we'll travel inward to explore the unseen landscapes of our hearts, connect with intuition, and listen for the wisdom waiting beneath the surface.
🌸 Flower Crown Alchemy | Adorn the Wild Woman
Create your own flower crown as an expression of beauty, creativity, and the feminine spirit. A playful ritual of honoring ourselves as living, breathing extensions of the earth.
🌙 Moon Ceremony | Honoring Our Cycles
Gather in sacred circle beneath the mountain sky to honor the cycles of life, the mystery of the feminine, and the intentions we're ready to nurture.
🥁 Rhythm & Voice | Drumming, Chanting & Singing
Awaken your voice and connect through the power of rhythm and sound. Through drumming, chanting, and singing, we'll explore the freedom of expression, release inhibitions, and celebrate the beauty of our voices coming together. No musical experience needed. Just a willingness to make some noise, feel the rhythm, and let yourself be heard.

When was the last time you played simply for the joy of it? We'll make space for curiosity, laughter, spontaneity, and a little silliness. An invitation to release expectations, awaken your inner child, and remember that play is just as sacred as stillness.

Adorned in our flower crowns, we'll dance without expectation or judgment. An invitation to move freely, celebrate our bodies, and let our untamed spirits lead.
🔔 Sound Bath | Rest & Integration
Surrender into stillness as soothing vibrations invite deep rest, reflection, and integration. A space to simply receive.
🕯️ Ostara Ritual | Seeds of Becoming
Honor the Spring Equinox through seasonal ritual, intention setting, and symbolic acts of release and renewal. We'll celebrate the returning light and plant the seeds of what we wish to grow.
🌹 Community & Connection | The Magic of Sisterhood
There is something sacred about women gathering in community. Through heartfelt conversations, shared laughter, vulnerability, and authentic connection, we'll create space to be seen, heard, and celebrated exactly as we are. A reminder that we don't have to walk this journey alone, and that sometimes the deepest magic happens simply by being together.
There is no perfect way to show up here.
