The Whole Perspective is a two-day summit that reimagines how our education systems and workplaces interact with neurodivergent minds. Rather than viewing neurodivergence as a deficit, this summit challenges the idea of “fixing” individuals and instead focuses on redesigning systems built for a neuro-monoculture.

Through research-backed sessions, lived-experience dialogues, and immersive learning spaces, the summit explores why neurodivergent individuals struggle in traditional environments—and how we can build spaces that prioritise regulation, dignity, and inclusion.
This is a call to shift perspectives: neurodivergent people are not broken—systems are.
DAY 1 | EDUCATION SYSTEMS
Theme: Beyond “Quiet & Compliant”
Focus: Identifying how school systems unintentionally overwhelm neurodivergent nervous systems and moving toward regulation-first, inclusive classroom design.
Day 1 brings together educators, parents, students, and researchers to examine behavioural expectations, sensory overload, invisible distress, and systemic barriers in schools. Sessions include keynotes, parallel learning tracks, experiential “Inclusion Carnival” spaces, academic paper presentations, and sensory-friendly breaks—modelling the very inclusion we advocate for.
DAY 2 | WORKPLACES & PROFESSIONAL SYSTEMS
Theme: Inclusion Without the Tax
Focus: Eliminating the “masking tax” and building workplaces where neurodivergent adults can thrive without burnout or loss of identity.
Day 2 explores neurodivergence in professional environments—addressing disclosure, burnout, hidden workplace norms, and organisational design. Through practical strategies, research insights, and peer spaces, participants will learn how to move beyond performative wellness toward real structural inclusion.
