According to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, more than 100 million people in the U.S. experience allergies each year. Many people consider allergies to be part of their daily life. Just because allergies are common does not mean they are part of a normal, healthy life!
An allergy is an exaggerated response to something that breaks through the body’s protective barriers, whether skin, mucous, or the lining of the digestive tract. There's no difference between “sensitivities” and allergies. They are both immune responses and need to be addressed!
Your body can’t differentiate between infections and:
• Pollens
• Food proteins
• Dander
• Pollution
• Mold spores
• Artificial scents
• Insecticides
• Herbicides
• Smoke
• Soot
• Dust
The body must respond to protect you; it doesn't make mistakes! It reacts and adapts to sustain life! We must support the body to stop triggering an exaggerated immune response. Immune-suppressing drugs aren’t the answer; restoring health is!
