Calling All Teens and Parents! We invite you join us at our inaugural Teen & Family Empowerment Forum on September 23rd!
This free program will offer a Resource Fair, a Live Speaker Panel, essay contests, prizes, and more!
The first 100 people who arrive at the forum will receive a special swag bag and meal ticket that can be used at the food vendor(s) joining us at the forum. (If you are not one of the first 100 people to arrive, no worries! The food vendor(s) will still be available to you throughout the evening.)
RESOURCE Fair:
Local resources that provide programs or services to adolescents and parents or legal guardians that have a positive effect on the following areas of one’s development are invited to join ForeverU as a Resource Partner and make an appearance at this powerful community event:
• Mental Wellness
• Physical Wellness
• Social Wellness
• Intellectual Wellness
• Financial Wellness
LIVE SPEAKER PANEL:
In addition to centralizing local resources available to adolescents, parents, and families, this forum is also intended to educate attendees with insight into the latest trends in youth and parent mental health. There will be a live panel of mental health professionals who will share their professional outlook on submitted questions by forum attendees. If you would like to submit a question answered by the panel, be sure to message us or visit our website to submit.
ESSAY CONTEST:
High school students have the opportunity to participate in an essay contest that will provide them with the chance to win exclusive cash and a full-ride scholarship to ForeverU.
