The Well in York is a carefully put together package providing people in York with a holistic way of improving their mental health and well-being through events, community and support.

The lunch time pop-up sessions are a chance for you to pay more attention to your mental-health and wellbeing, to connect and join community, to reflect and relax and participate in activities that promote and facilitate all these things!

This event is free and we welcome anyone, no one will be turned away, but in order to provide enough catering and to meet dietary requirements,we'd greatly appreciate it if you can book a space.
