Finding your people in a new community isn't always easy, but we believe meaningful connections begin when women come together with intention.
Hosted by Ashley Banks | The Home Girl, The Welcome Table is an intimate, thoughtfully curated dinner experience designed to bring Black women in Loudoun County together to connect, build genuine friendships, exchange valuable resources, and create a stronger sense of belonging.
Whether you've recently relocated to Loudoun County or have been here for a few years and are still finding your circle, this evening was created with you in mind.
What Your Ticket Includes
Your $55 ticket includes a beautiful evening filled with delicious food, thoughtful experiences, and meaningful connections.

The Welcome Table isn't your typical networking event. There are no awkward introductions, no pressure to impress, and no need to arrive knowing anyone.
Just a room full of incredible women, good food, genuine conversations, and opportunities to build lasting relationships.
To preserve the intimate atmosphere, seating is intentionally limited.

A Note From Your Host
My hope is that every woman who attends leaves feeling seen, welcomed, and connected. I want us to create the kind of community where we celebrate one another, support each other's businesses, share resources, and genuinely show up for one another long after dinner ends.
This is the first of many gatherings. The Welcome Table will be a quarterly experience, with each gathering creating new opportunities for connection and community.
