About this Event
Beautiful Frequencies is an evening of storytelling, dance, film, music, and imagery created by choreographer, filmmaker, and storyteller Angie Flanagan.
Moving between personal stories and moments from history, the evening follows the voices of women across generations and across the world: the people we love, the people we remember, and sometimes the people whose stories unexpectedly find their way to us.
Like turning the dial on an old radio and catching a voice from somewhere far away, each story appears on its own frequency. A story might begin with a voice, unfold through movement, slip into a film or photograph, or find its way into a piece of music. One story fades to another as seemingly distant lives begin to connect across time and place.
Through stories of love, loss, memory, courage, and chance, Beautiful Frequencies explores the ways one life can continue to echo into another.
Warm, intimate, and sometimes unexpected, Beautiful Frequencies is ultimately a celebration of the stories we carry and the remarkable ways they continue to resonate long after the moment itself has passed.

🎟️ Please reserve a table for your party. Tables for parties of 2-5 available. Seating arrangements are on a first-come, first-served basis based on the order your reservation is placed. Please purchase a table based on the number of guests in your party. Tables or individual tickets are not guaranteed proximity to other parties unless purchased together under the same party name or same order. Table reservations which are not claimed by showtime will be cancelled and offered to other guests as necessary. 🎟️

The Tarlton Theatre offers complimentary parking at the paved lot located immediately to the west of the theatre at 100 South Chestnut Avenue. Parking spaces marked "The Tarlton Theatre" are reserved for theatre guests only. Free parking is also available on South Broadway, South Chestnut Avenue, and Howard Street, but we caution our guests against parking their vehicles overnight.
