Explore abstract watercolor mixed media techniques including collage, stencil, pen pencil and texture with teaching artist Kirah Van Sickle! This intensive class will include handouts, demos, and in-class completion of 6-10 mini paintings. All levels are welcome!
Supplies need:
• watercolor brushes (#10 round & 1/4” wide flat)
• watercolor paint set
• 140# watercolor paper
• artist tape
• water cup
• apron
• sketchbook & sketch pen
• gluestick
Students are also welcome to bring colored pencils, markers and collage fodder, which can include papers, receipts, copies of vintage photos, tissue paper, etc.
Other supplies will be provided.
Tuition for the 6-hour workshop is $120.
