Join us for this weekend intimacy and relationship intensive and meet other singles in a refreshing new way!
This Embodied Intimacy weekend Intensive is for SINGLES ONLY. For those active, open and ready to step into relationship.
In this relationship laboratory we offer you the extremely unique experience of mind-blowing, heart opening, playful explorations of emotional, spiritual and physical intimacy.
You can expect to share profound moments of intimacy, guided and non-guided connection games, powerful vulnerable reveals and delightful moments of fun and playfulness — all alongside fellow adventurers, one who might just be your next date, or partnership!
The Watering Hole is a brave environment in which you can practice the transformational process of relating that accelerates your path towards deeply fulfilling relationships.
All the practices we guide are aimed to create deep presence and embodied relational attunement- there couldn’t possibly be a better space to meet new potential relationships, or practice developing the relational skills needed to be a multi-dimensional, “hell yes” to step towards committing to met and be met in dynamic union with another being.
There is no better place tap into and feel the clarity of this yes than from the wisdom of your body- when in alignment with soul purpose and heart tenderness. We reach these deeply embodied states through the application of the tantric tools of breath, sound, movement, and touch.
Together we will create a playful relational laboratory by simplifying the components of relating, intimacy and physical closeness down to the most basic and fundamental elements. We are creating new possibilities by consciously putting the elements back together through consensual explorational interactions.
We invite you to relax and let go of the unique and shared ways we “try” to be in order to be accepted, loved, and wanted -from “doing” intimacy to “being” intimate. Within the safety of the environment you are invited to feel into what actually happens when you are together with another person.

About the Facilitators: Rachel Rickards
Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of personal transformation, intimacy, embodiment, and relating. She is a group facilitator extraordinaire, event producer, and a new mother.
In 2014 she co-founded Embodied Intimacy, which has become one of the most respected organizations globally that offers trainings and events focussed on intimacy, trauma, relational intelligence, somatic education and community. The work of Embodied Intimacy supports hundreds of people each year to come home to themselves, to their body and more regulated nervous systems, and become more of who they truly are.
Since 2019, Rachel has led the Belly2Belly Facilitator Training after her teacher and mentor, David Cates, passed the torch and CEO position for this work to her. Belly2Belly offers a simple and yet profoundly healing set of embodied and relational practices, which support people to learn to regulate their nervous systems in a way that can be transformational for their relationships. Rachel has single handedly produced and facilitates most of the events with her extraordinary superpowers in the field of event planning and depth in embodied leadership.
Rachel’s newest passion project “The Field Facilitator Training” launched in 2022. This is a revolutionary new experiential learning environment for upcoming group facilitators who are passionate about creating fields of deep group-heart coherence and learning how to facilitate group soul emergence. This requires the development of radically new facilitation skills, such as learning to listen to the group field, collective surrender to the moment, as well as dynamic and fluid collective leadership to support the blossoming of the group soul that is longing to emerge in the space between us.
