The Waterboys, geleid door de Schotse zanger en gitarist Mike Scott sinds de jaren 80, staan bekend om hun krachtige liveshows en hits als 'The Whole Of The Moon', 'How Long Will I Love You' en 'Fisherman’s Blues'. In 2024 bestaat de band uit toetsenisten Brother Paul (Memphis) en James Hallawell (Cornwall), en een Ierse ritmesectie met Aongus Ralston (bas) en Eamon Ferris (drums). Ze brengen muziek uit alle fases van hun carrière, van ‘big music’ tot soul, funk en country-rock. Verwacht drama, improvisatie, muzikale vuurwerk en klassiekers. Op 13 november in Muziekgieterij.
