✨ In this workshop, the ancient practice of Haka meets personal development & empowerment, allowing you to explore your strength 💪 and emotions 💖 in a safe, supportive environment.
In this 6-hour experience, open to all genders, you will be invited to:

🌀 Discover the cultural background, deep meaning & symbolism of Haka 📜

This workshop is open to everyone - no previous experience required! It’s both a personal journey and a connecting group experience.
🥗 Light veggie snacks & refreshments provided during short breaks. Please bring your own packed lunch for the longer break (a kitchen is available for heating food).
