May the breath of Haka start a fire in you and awaken the transformative power of your inner warrior – a warrior that will walk with you for the rest of your life.
In this workshop, the ancient practice of haka meets personal development & empowerment, allowing you to explore your strength and emotions in a safer, supportive environment.In this 6-hours experience, open to all genders, you will be invited to:

• learn how to access and use the energy of your inner warrior to face real life challenges
• learn how to feel and show your power and even anger while being fully in control and safe for yourself and others
• learn haka cultural background, profound meaning and symbolism
• use your body and voice to learn and perform an extremely powerful haka
• experience in your body how power & love can coexist, sharing a beautiful message of strength, pride and unity among nature, humanity and genders.

This workshop – open to everyone, no previous experience required – is a personal journey and a connecting group experience.Light veggie snacks and refreshments will be provided during short breaks.
