The Warm-Up: DTSM x Capri Wellness Yoga Flow

Downtown Santa Monica, Inc. and Capri Wellness invite you to join us for The Warm Up, part of COAST, a free open streets celebration of the World Cup Final taking place from 10 AM–6 PM in Downtown Santa Monica.
The Warm Up will feature a free outdoor yoga flow on the 1400 Block of the Third Street Promenade from 10 AM–12 PM. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat; a limited number of mats will be available on-site while supplies last.
In addition to the yoga flow, guests can explore wellness activations and complimentary samples from Lifeway Kefir, Farm Fresh to You, Bloom Nutrition, Kova Kream, and Spa Girl Marketing, featuring red light therapy and lymphatic leg compression experiences.
After class, keep the celebration going with DJs, live music from Jam in the Van, giveaways, outdoor games, a family-friendly kids zone, pop-up food vendors, and more. Guests 21+ can enjoy beverages from participating businesses within the Entertainment Zone while strolling the Promenade. Then head to Arizona Avenue to watch the World Cup Final on the big screen or catch the match from one of Downtown Santa Monica’s restaurants and bars.
