The Wa Handled Chef Knife with Greg Cimms

In this dynamic two day class, Greg Cimms JS will teach the entire process of crafting a Wa handled chef Knife from AEB-L stainless steel. Covering grinding, polishing, sharpening, as well as the geometry and dynamics of chef knives. Students can expect to complete one knife in this class and learn the tools to make many more. 

You must be 18 years or older to attend this class.

Refund Policy: Students who withdraw from a class up to two weeks before the class are eligible for a full refund less any transaction fees.

Additional Information:

• The class breaks for an hour lunch. You are welcome to bring your lunch or plan to grab something at one of the many local lunch spots. The instructor will be able to assist. Also, plan to bring a water bottle - classes are physically demanding.
• Wear appropriate clothing, preferably cotton, and close toed leather shoes or boots.
• Safety glasses will be provided. Gloves are available but not recommended.
