Join us for a supportive and informative evening exploring menopause, perimenopause and women’s wellbeing through a range of expert perspectives.
This collaborative event brings together professionals from movement, women’s health, nutrition and nervous system support to help you better understand the changes that can occur during midlife and practical ways to support yourself through them.
