The Vishram Circle is an immersive experience designed to help individuals pause, rest and reconnect with themselves amidst the demands of daily life. Rooted in Yogic Psychology and Indian psychological wisdom, the session combines guided breathwork, relaxation practices, reflective exercises, and meaningful conversations to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation and inner calm.
