The Village of Empowerment is proud to dedicate this year's Theme to The Leaders, Mentors, Teachers and Community Parents that dedicate their time, passion, listening ear and compassion to Cultivating Real face to face change, upliftment and empowerment to The youth of The Lehigh Valley. This Year we are honored and proud to also celebrate the youth themselves that exemplify the definition of Having a Voice, Supporting themselves and others through the Voyage and celebrating every Victory future children a voice in decisions, support them throughout their voyage, and celebrate their victories. When we invest in our youth, we invest in our future.

This year's theme, The Voice, The Voyage, and The Victory, represents the journey of every person who has dared to dream, overcome obstacles, create opportunities, and inspire others along the way.
