The Veil: Halloween Soundbath
About this Event
As the season shifts and Halloween approaches, we enter a time traditionally associated with the
thinning of the veil - a space for reflection, release, intuition, and connection with what lies beneath
the surface.
The Veil is a special 90-minute floor soundbath experience designed to invite you out of the noise
of the outside world and into stillness.
You'll settle comfortably on the floor with your mat, blankets, and pillows as you're guided through
grounding, breathwork, and meditation before moving into an immersive sound journey.
The vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, and other sound healing instruments create layers of
frequency around the body, helping encourage deep relaxation, nervous system regulation,
mental quiet, emotional release, and a meditative state.
But this one will carry a little different energy.
In honor of the season, we'll create space to release what you're ready to leave behind, listen to
what may be asking for your attention, and reconnect with your own intuition.
No tricks. Maybe a few treats.
Just an evening of stillness, sound, and a little Halloween magic.
Please bring: a blanket, pillow, and anything else you need to be comfortable lying on the
floor for the soundbath. Dress comfortably, eat a light dinner beforehand, and please refrain from
stimulants for at least 2 hours before the event.
